About

My name is Adair Erhard, wellness advocate, mother, animal lover, peace seeker,  certified Flow Breath facilitator, Spiritual Response Therapy practitioner and certified Caninology body worker.
I was born and raised in northern Calfornia. A challenging childhood gave me a desire to come into my own conscious connection with Spirit. To support and assist myself with this process I entered into a mentorship training program committed to knowing myself. I was introduced to SRT and Flow breath. My drive to be comfortable in my own skin has led me on a very dedicated path of inward exploration. As I explored, committed to knowing myself, I trained in mindset, meditation, breath work, Kundalini Tantra Yoga, energy healing and more. This path has inspired me to embody and express the love that I am, remembering that I am whole already. I’m truly inspired to share the modalities that bring us into alignment with our true selves and allow us the freedom to rise up in our unique expression.

In 2015 I was certified in Caninology by the Equinology Institute to bring healing comfort to our loving pets. Part of my practice was volunteering at a local shelter for older dogs.  Seeing the love between pets and owners, I began studying Spiritual Response Therapy ending with my certification as and SRT facilitator in 2019. Between helping my son with college applications and  watching my daughter’s high school soccer games, I worked on my Flow Breath facilitator certification which I received in 2020. I’m so excited about the process and with supportive feedback from pop-up classes in Petaluma, I’m venturing into new territories in Sonoma and Marin Counties.  Thank you.
